Same reason you'll probably be okay with lower standards on a place like Tinder. Its basic supply and demand at the end of the day.

Also, with a firmer grasp on cosmetics and how to present oneseld attractively women are on average more attractive when presenting themselves for it.

As for being a lasting couple? Us guys tend to ask for a little more. Although I'd probably argue it is still generally in women's favour. Due to there being more guys and what not at those age brackets.

Because online dating is a game to most women. She indulging her fantasies nothing else really. This is why so many ghost on dating sites. Because they really just converse with you till they get bored. Then they move on to the next guy. In the very rare occasion do they actually take serious interest.
