Do women ever avoid/ignore guys they like for any particular reason?

I suspect this girl might like me due to her behaviour. Her behaviour is like ignores me a little, but for some reason she still starts some small talk with me if I ignore her back. Then we start chatting and she struggles to keep the conversation flowing. She is only like this with me, everybody else she seems more herself. Does she like hate me or something given she is quiet with me

She says things to me like " how did you go with trivia?" Or " what are you drinking?" Or " did it just get louder in here?"

All questions she didn't have to ask me. Plus I've felt this slight sense of random awkwardness for no reason. Then we've had some eye contact moments where she has looked at me and I could tell she wants to say something to me. She does and feel like an energy of moving towards her

Three other thing that happened was, she was last to send me a message which didn't require me to reply to it. Anyway a week later she sent me a thumbs up reaction on facebook. There is no way you can accidentally open a week old conversation send a thumbs up reaction by mistake
