What Girls Said
I think it depends on the maturity of the woman. I know my personality leads me to act on how I FEEL about something, rather than if it's logical.
I think a lot of women would prioritize happiness over what right. Can you remember a time you did why was right instead of what made you happy
Whenever I have to force myself to be straight up with a person and tell them something they don't want to hear. I am obligated by my morality to be sincere and honest, even though I am afraid and would be happier hiding.
I feel like you generalize women a lot though. Like you got something against them
Perhaps the truth is unflattering, you probably believe women are angels and can do no wrong, that's the only reason why you feel uncomfortable when you hear something negative about women.
I see women as equal. You seem to demonize them, my friend. Like you have crossed a lot of bad women. I don't generalize.
But my point is women are not equal and we don't treat them like equal, like if me an you have consensual sexual and you later decide to accuse me of rape, people will most likely believe you because your a woman, and that is the farthest thing from equal. So me generalizing and saying women tend to believe women even when there's no evidence is not me Demonizing women. It's just me being aware of how the world works and men and women are not equal. So if I decide to use my wisdom to get out of a bad situation that just make me intelligent, if you I used to view the world as it is. Then you're just going to be abused by it.
And that why people like me can say something and more often than not it will be true, and people like you who refuse to generalize and judge the world will be constantly shocked and surprised because you refuse to see the world for what it is, it's far from fair or equal.
In the situation you are describing, yes, people would believe me over you. Because rape accusations are serious.
But both sexes have feelings. Both sexes have a desire to be loved and respected. Both sexes have needs. Both sexes have dreams. Both sexes have misunderstandings. Both sexes can be right. Both sexes can be wrong. Both sexes can be hurt. And both sexes have intrinsic value.
In that regard, we are equal. That is what I'm talking about.
Yeah but as long as we see one sex as expendable and the protected class they can never be equal. The term women and children first, exist because men can stay and fight to protect the women and children. You can't look and a both sexes and see that we treat the male gender vastly different from the female gender and conclude that where equal in value.
And think about what you just said " People will believe me over you because rape accusations are serious" so our gender differences play a huge role when it comes to sexual dynamics. So how can you say we're equal if when it comes to abuse all that matters is the man is guilty and the woman is a victim. To me that's a lot of power to give every women, and if they have that much power then you can say that they are equal which means the same.
There have been power differences over the years, I'll agree. Men have received a lot of privilege over women. Even now, women are called a slut if the sleep with men, where as it is encouraged for men. Men get paid 25% more than women in some work places. Men are the only ones who can be pastors because women screwed up in the beginning. Women are expected to be submissive to the men in marriage.
There are power differences and advantages both sexes can name.
Notice how you can easily you can name the power difference between men and women when it comes to what women don't have. But if I ask you what's unfair when it comes to men you will struggle?
So why is it that you're able to generalize when it comes to what women can't do. But when I do it it's apparently wrong?
And my last question is what are you doing with this knowledge to help you live a better life. What does knowing that women who sleep around are called sluts help you to do in life.
I didn't disagree with you. I was merely balancing what was being said. Women have issues just like men.
What does knowing men sleep around and get away with it help?
I don't really have an issue with men, like you have an issue with women. Most of the time, I like men more than women anyway (I am sexist). But you are blatantly bashing women, and that I dislike.
If Hitler was killing Jewish people and I came out and said Hitler is a bad guy and we should watch out for him. Wouldn't it be stupid for someone to come out and tell me stop bashing Hitler, rather than seeing if what I said was true. I would think to myself this person is more concerned about feelings getting hurt rather than if something is true or not.
And that unfortunately will always be women's downfall, you will always choose how you feel vs the truth. Lol so it looks like we finally found an answer to my question.
No we didn't. You literally just assumed my answer. I would say Hitler is bad.
To be quite candid with you, I'm kind of tired of talking to you. I think I'm just gonna stop posting on your stuff because I disagree. I won't block you are anything. You are entitled to your opinion. But I find this honestly just taxing and kind of annoying.
And I seem to be the only person who's answered the past couple of times I've posted on your stuff, so we get sucked in and I don't really enjoy it. Especially when I don't take the conversation that seriously.
My point is you wouldn't say Hitler is bad because no where have you ever asked if what I was saying is true, check your answers you jump to shaming me and saying, oh he said something bad about women, he must hate women. Your not capable of critical thought which would be "is he saying something that's true?
So it's doubtful that you wouldn't just jump to shaming someone who talks bad about Hitler when that pretty much all you know how to do. Logic will always beat feelings beloved, that why girls block most questions like this.
