Whats going on, dont health care workers have to be this way?

Someone explained me as agreeable at work.

Is that bad? Someone said that's a trait of being intellectually disabled.

I wouldn't do it outside of work but I just do my work and go home.

I work in a hospital as a tech assisting the nurses but I want to be more outgoing, assertive among other things. My therapist said in order to even pass my CNA I'd have to be average intelligence. But I don't know I don't want to be "slow" or delayed. I haven't been diagnosed but I'm worried I am. My therapist said it's anxiety?

I work as a CNA in the hospital to assist the nurses. I just help and pitch in and go home. I would tell them if I was uncomfortable with something but the reason why the nurse said I was agreeable is she asked me if I wanted to go on another floor and she didn't. So I said I'll go.

So I guess changing floors wasn't a big deal for you? It's not like they asked you to do something arduous or unethical. I'd be more concerned if they sent you out for sandwiches.

Agreeable isn't being slow it is being kind. It is also a good attitude for any working environment.
