Are women capable of becoming a firefighter?

Never seen a firewoman, so it lead me to ask this question, are women capable of becoming firefighter?

Do they have the strength to go inside a burning house and rescue a human? never seen one so it lead me to ask that question

Yes. I have seen female firefighters. I would imagine they all work as a team, and no one person is carrying a person out of a burning building.

It seems like an almost impossible job that most people wouldn't be able to do. I'm sure there are a good amount of unqualified women AND men on the job.

And I rode past one of my many local fire stations and saw one just this week. They would have to pass testing, just like the men. Life is on the line.
