Girls, why has my friend been acting like this?

Girls, I called out a friend of mine (girl) about her behaviour towards me. Straight up ignoring me and lying to my face as well as disregarding my feelings. Her response was to block me and change number. When I tried to reach out later to explain where I was coming from, she just read my messages, then proceeded to block me. For the context, we were good friends for 8 months until out of nowhere she disappeared on me and limited my access to her stuff when I never said anything weird to her. We went on two dates, in wich she rejected me indirectly in the second one. But I didn't care, I was just happy she was my friend.

Something must have happened in those 8 months that made her change her mind about you. She could also have found a new friend and decided to favor him instead of you. The human mind is very twisted.

Is there something that happened that could have led her to change her mind about you? One is not just acting strange without reason and you have to find out what could have caused her to react the way she did.

Anyway, such a person that apparently changes her mind about friendship is not worth calling a friend because she seems to be very unreliable.

I did Wonder if it was due to the fact I started to developp feelings for her. Altough, she never seemed to notice.

I did ask her if I did anything to upset her or the like but she kinda didn't wanna answer

She doesn’t enjoy your company and hasn’t for quite some time. I don’t know the circumstances, or why she wasn’t comfortable confronting you, but you confronting her gave her the excuse she needed to block you.
