Are some females doesn't feel cold?

a lot of times a see some females wearing skirt with naked legs and i don't understand why those females doesn't feel cold in that very cold weather

The feet, given the woman's intelligent design, is receiving less blood for circulation. I dated a neo-natal nurse who had cold feet so i have the answer. Woman's circulation is poor in her feet because the center of her circulation is around the Reproductive System. Men are not designed this way as only women are. The focus of circulation around reproductive organs means the extremities are not circulated as well.

Some people are naturally cooler blood temp'd and others are abnormally high temps. And some if they are lucky are smack dab in the middle.

I’ve always been a hot person from as young as I remember. This is the first year I’ve been feeling the cold, but it’s related to something.

Yes. I was a teen in the 90’s. A lot of us wore huge t-shirts and baggy clothes. They made you cold. I loved it.

No. I feel it. Difference is it doesn’t bother me. I love that feeling. On the flip I hate the hot feeling of sun on my shoulders.

Uh. Found out in Oct I’ve been having small heart attacks. (didn’t know it, found randomly). I think feeling the cold is related to my beat rhythm being off now.
I decided to mention it as the heart is a number one killer. So if your comforts to cold or heat changes suddenly, might be a good idea to get checked.
