Mutual attraction, and feeling comfortable with the person. I want to know it's exclusive and not just a one-time thing.

And yeah, some similar values.

Now, when it comes to that moment, it goes down to the mood and how I feel about it in that instant. Does it feel right? Does it feel natural? Or does it feel forced? What is my gut telling me?

You know I can be complicated 🤣 I have to be physically attracted to him. We have to have similar personalities, interests, beliefs, hobbies, morals, and values. I have to not only love him (which could happen in 3 months or less), but i have to be IN LOVE with him (which usually takes an additional 3 months or so). He has to be patient as I want to feel like we’re waiting together for when we’re both ready rather than one of us waiting alone and longer than the other. He also can’t be afraid of the possibility of becoming a father because I’m not afraid of becoming a mother. I hope he isn't a liar like the last buffoon who ended up showing his true colors when we thought I was. But i make it clear from the get go that I do not believe in birth control and then we don’t use condoms but do get tested beforehand. With the past two sexual partners, they had the option of pulling out (one because I was too young and secondly l because sex with them technically was not supposed to happen in the first place). Whoever I give myself to as third and preferably last, needs to have decided long ahead of sex that he is not going to pull out. If i don’t get pregnant, I don’t get pregnant. If i do, I do. I want someone down to play sexual Russian Roulette here

I know you are VERY complicated in terms of relationships which is your choice, but I say they are way too strict in spots.

I find out how he treats others. It’s important to me to marry a man who respects and honours others, even those he dislikes, just as I do. Mostly. I won’t date a man who is a woman hater. Or seems like it, as although I’m sure those issues could be worked on, it’s not worth the time. Unless you’re already married.
