My friend and I were cool before she started working at her job. Ever since she got at her job, she doesn't hit me up and ignores me for no reason. I literally helped her when she was broke and didn't have a place to work. Now she has a job, she acts like she hates me for some off reason. Also, I didn't do anything at all she just stopped speaking to me. Should I just block her number?

Why are you acting entitled to her time just because you helped her when she was out of work? Do things out of the kindness of your heart and not because you expect people to be indebted to you. Anyway she’s started a new job so her availability may have changed. She’s prioritizing other areas of her life and not the friendship with you, so maybe you should do the same, hang with other friends or get a hobby. She’s your friend not your girlfriend.

Where is the concern in what you wrote? Where did you say you were worried? Bc to me it sounds like you’re upset she got a job and not giving you attention, so yeah it looks entitled. You didn’t have to mention you helped her with money, so I’d that wasn’t part of your issue the why say it?
