This usually means she may be into you but feels uncomfortable around a bunch of people. Or maybe just platonically into you but with the same effect of too many people = heightened nerves. Either way she likes hanging out with you and wants to get to know you she is just probably shy

I wouldn't automatically assume she has romantic feelings for you but she definitely likes you as a person and is just shy
But she isn't shy with other people. She is shy with just me. If she l iked me as a person why would she act like she is avoiding
Oh that's simple. She's trying to get to know you as a person. Maybe she's trying to build a better relationship with you. It's very possible she's just not comfortable in groups of people and prefers more one-on-one interactions.
