Ladies, how would you respond to someone crying?

I would look at them sympathetically and ask what's wrong. I wouldn't run off into the other room in the same way I saw a guy once do around a woman who started crying because of something he said. I mean, he was the one that made her cry, so in that case more than other cases where it was something else other than him that made her cry, he should have known that it was definitely his responsibility to try and cheer her up.

I would probably try hugging them to show that someone cares about them. However people crying around me makes me very uncomfortable because I don’t really know how to give them comfort as everyone is different.
