Why do some women on here (or elsewhere) say "most of us don't care about height" when numerous research and poll results by women say otherwise?

They are lying. Majority of women in the world are shorter than their partners by a few inches or at the very least just shorter. If women didn't care about height then in countries dominated by White men like USA and European countries, many women would be with shorter men but they aren't. Women will likely choose taller guys for several reasons. Interestingly enough short men and tall men are roughly the same percentage in the population, but tall men are desired more. I've never seen a man being with a woman taller than him in over 10 years.

If you're short you have to carry it with your physique. I'm 5'6 but lift weights 4 days a week and have no problem attracting girls. Sorry to say but if you're short and skinny you're going to be a friendzone magnet.

Why do you believe research and polls that only represent a portion of women and not all women and not believe the ones that say it doesn’t matter or the real life proof the short men that are in relationships or have no trouble getting a girlfriend. So then those women are lying?
Don’t think it’s that hard to get/ understand that just because it does matter to some women, that doesn’t represent most women or all women..

Anyway, I mean prefer certain heights too, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't find a person that doesn't fit my preference attractive. I guess that's how it works with most women too, but they seem to admit it much, much less.

Real life proof should be taken with a grain of salt? No it shouldn’t.. but yes misinformation spread on the internet should! I always see average to shorter men with women. Hell the one guy at my job has two women he was involved with, the girlfriend also works at my job but he started messing with another girl in the job. But perhaps the clue is, they’re both short like he is. The only women I ever personally knew who really cared about a man’s height were my oldest sister and my one friend who are both very tall for a woman so the man’s height is really more about their insecurities about being tall themselves that they don’t feel if the man is as tall or taller than them

But if a "girl" asks you to PM her for help, don't do it. It's most likely an AI that will waste your time. I had to learn that the hard way
