Yes they do and they have for multiple centuries and millennia. The fact that the majority of women marry men taller than them indicates that and even in the present day, marrying and being with men much taller than them as in tall men not simply just taller. Height is a sexual and physical trait in men that attracts women. If you don't have good height like I do such as being 5'4, it won't do much good. Any woman that says she doesn't care about height is a fucking liar. Ask her if she would date a guy shorter than her or a dwarf then you can see her true colors.

Statistically based on dating website search statistics and preferences listed on those same people's profiles, yes, height matters a lot. Once a guy is 5' 10" and up the interest increases. If he is 6' to 6' 2" it increases significantly over others.

Yes and no. Has to be taller than me... not hard to do. BUT! From experience, I do prefer a bit taller than me. (I am 5'2. Husband 6'2 😅)

They care but not to the exclusion of other things. And they care that he's taller. If she's 5ft and he's 5'5" usually it's no big deal. It's just these short dudes complaining tall women don't feel them. Like who tf cares? Date a short girl.

Also I've definitely heard girls deny or not like having men wayyyyy taller. Like some 5ft girl might not appreciate a 6ft6 baller because I think eventually it can be awkward that way too.

No. As an average height guy I've dated taller women, and shorter.

The problem is around generational tropes. Most girls now will have different standards from 10 years back. They will be different from 20 years back etc etc.

The fuss these days is girls thinking height is proportional to penis length - it isn't.

Some do, but "a strong preference" may be an overstatement. There are many other qualities that a woman may value much more than height. I see many very attractive women with men of average height.
