Depends a lot on the girl. Me personally, I have anxiety so I ignore men I like, which gives off the impression I don’t like them.. but I’m more platonically social with men I have no romantic attraction to, which gives off the impression I like them.

But at the same time I also ignore men I’m not interested in. I show no romantic interest to men I like and men I also dislike. Some girls are more openly receptive to men they like than I am, but reserved girls are the hardest type of women to read without just asking them.

If you catch her looking at you very often, if she gives you compliments, if she makes excuses to see you or do things with you, or if she seems a little nervous around you. I always pay special attention to guys I like and will dress up nicer when im seeing them like putting on a cute outfit and mascara when I know they will be around

What I've learned about women is the only way to find if you have a chance is to ask her out lol.
Some might like you, flirt with you, and even hit on you, but still not date you lol.
