Feminists: why do you continue to support the erasure of women?

@Sixgunsound you know as humans we have the capacity to care about more than one situation right? We can address any number of those things and still focus on issues like some trans women referring to us as birthing people and cisgendered rather than simply just a woman.

I’m not sure which women you’re referencing when you ask what’s wrong with being a woman? Like what’re you watching or looking at? As for your other question, this is why I mentioned people having the capacity to care about multiple things. I’m only human, and involved in so much, I can’t speak for every woman or every feminist, it’s not an umbrella. Have you asked your wife about how she addresses everything you’ve mentioned? Does she involve herself at all?

To be fair, you probably should’ve structured your original question differently, because all these topics you’re tossing in are far from asking if we support the erasure of women. In fact it seems like a bait topic to delve into other areas you’re curious about that the commenter may have had no interest in. Like what’s the erasure of women have to do with equality, and what social situations we do and don’t support or actively deal with?

You usually meant well when you said stuff to me. I just thought you had a short temper but a big heart and was very empathic. Or you were just one of those people who sounded angry, but you were just trying to understand what they mean and weren't really angry with them. You were just trying to understand them.

It seemed like you had a gentle side to you. I didn't think were super mean or unreasonable. I thought you were pretty fair most of the time. At least that was my experience.

Well, feminists started addressing women on the "mean girl culture" and telling them not to put others down and be more empathic. To lift others' spirits up. But I never thought you were apart of "mean girl culture" or anything like that.

There was a feminist group that came by my job the other day talking about "mean girl culture", but again you're not that type of person to me. I usually like it if a girl shows when she's angry or vents a little. It shows she's honest with herself and others. It shows me she's not just agreeable, and you can see who she is.

A lot of women who are shy and agreeable all the time usually lack a sense of humor and typically act like a princess. So I didn't get offended. taking a passive stance on everything and not telling me makes me angry. I thought you were cool.
