i disagree with the statement as you said it. i think "in general" the right partner can improve you and your life significantly. i think gender has nothing to do with it.

i agree 1,000%. nobody has ever changed me like this girl i just got out of a relationship with. and i still want her too, what she put on the table was amazing and she’s a unique human being

@fibs4kt that's good for you. and the same can happen vice versa from a guy friend. or a guy doing that thign for a girl. it's not a gender specific phenomenon.
