My sister's ex wants a sugar relationship with me. Girls, should I try this?

My sister broke up with her ex maybe a month ago.

A few days ago he texted me to say hi (he had my number in case of emergencies) and made small talk so we were just texting for maybe an hour and then he talked about how he wants to start a sugar relationship with me, how it would work and all of that and I was like hmmmm I have to think about it. It was really unexpected I had no idea he even wanted me. He's attractive and I would be down but I'd have to hide it. My sister and I don't live together she just moved into a new apartment.

I'm 18 and he's 41. Any advice?

Thanks for the responses and private advice for this. Now that he became my boyfriend on the d/l but he wants to make everything public now. I'm not sure I'm ready for that yet... advice?

No, absolutely not.

Your sister and him split for a good reason and you should never ever grab yourself a person that is an ex of anyone of your family or friends.

Did your sister tell you why she and him split? If you are 18, then I presume that your sister is barely older than you and that would make the guy more than 20 years older.

What he really wants is a fornication relationship and nothing more. At age 40, he is slowly moving into midlife crisis and he does not really care about you or anyone as long as he can copulate with you. Is that what you are after?

Be wise and don't start anything with a person that is more than twice your age. That is a recipe for disaster, both for the relation with him and the relation with your sister.

No because that is your sister's ex. That's just so against girl code as is for a best friend but this is your sister. It's much much worse to do that to a sibling than a friend.
