I need some advice on what to do about a girl?

There is this girl I've done acting with for about 6 years, we kind of knew each other but about 1 year ago I started to like her. I started talking to her a bit more and we became friends. My family say she is flirting with me, but I don't think so and in the year that I've liked her she's dated two people (a boy and a girl). I know she used to like me when she was like 10 or 11 (she's 15 now and I'm 16) but I don't think so anymore. I'm really confused because sometimes she acts like she likes me and sometimes she doesn't. Does she like me or is it just wishful thinking? Am I getting mixed signals or am I just looking too hard for something that isn't there? Any advice I can get would be awesome as I have no one else to talk to about this.
