This guy I met was going on about "not meeting the perfect woman", that "everyone is just a cheap fling", etc. and yet... Are all men this dumb?

I was speaking with someone over the phone - trying online dating as am in a small town rife with drunks, drug abuse, etc & am not local anyway - who was going on and on about how he wasn't finding any luck with women. That most of the women he'd gotten involved with were cheap, there was no connection, etc., etc. He was giving a real poor me sob story.

I almost burst out laughing when midway through the conversation he started going on about getting a bottle of wine & coming back to my house after a simple coffee date.

It's like no shit sherlock you can't find "good" women - god knows his definition of a good woman - when he automatically think any woman he talks to will sleep with him right off.

Let's just say won't be having coffee & definitely not going to be bringing him home.

But it got me thinking.

How many men are this stupid?

If he was being honest about wanting to find a good decent woman - could've just been a ploy - how in gods name does he expect to find one among women that are so cheap they will have sex with a complete stranger as he wa expecting from the conversation we had.

A lot of men are that stupid, unfortunately. And a lot of them are on this website lol but women aren't much better. And stupid men and women like that tends to feed each other and increase the population of stupid people.

I guess they had bad experiences in the past and therefore thinks this way. Not all men or women are "stupid" they just think a certain way on a group of people based on their personal experiences in the past. By thinking a certain way, he attracts these "non-respectable and un-good" women.

It is a well-known fact that those who have experienced a negative upbringing, particularly negative experiences with their mommy, may develop negative views of women that remain ingrained in their subconscious. Even when they encounter plenty of good women, they may struggle to overcome the deep-seated wounds caused by their mommy issues.

Of course not all men have these, there is a high chance he has, still not guaranteed either. But with proper care it can be healed too.
