To be clear the age issue is more to do with your recovery.
Lets assume you start at 30. Have one kid every 2 years or so. It will all work out just fine in terms of age. You'll have enough energy to chase the little buggers and be tired enough of them to be happy to see them leave home when they do.

As for recovering? That's a you thing. You may have less than ideal circumstances when nearing 40 but its absolutely not a major issue, just tougher on you. According to my old biology teacher in highschool 16 is the ideal age, in terms of our bodies. Rings a little different when you realize that's the age we all were. Still technically true. But it is only about recovering and avoiding complications. The latter is not a big deal with modern science. If you want to you can start your big family at 45 too.

If you were to start now or in a year or so then yes it is possible. Like for instance, let's say you start at 29, you give yourself a year to recover, 31, another year 33, another year 35, another year 37 and one more year 39. The last three would be really risky but still possible.

If you are already in a relationship and have your first one by the time you are 29, you could still have 4 with taking one year off in between each one to fully recover.

Yes, if you start at 30 you can have a kid once every two years and have 5 kids by the time you turn 40; which is when you should stop.
