Why do most girls act snobbish towards me?

There was a time when I hung out with semi popular types & I noticed that the majority of the girls in those groups would act very snobbish, aloof, arrogant, when I show up

I've been rated as a 6/10 & 7/10 by others so Im not too bad but neither too good

These same girls were cool & open with everyone else though
