It's a long distance relationship we were having great conversations during the week but come last Friday all of a sudden he becomes noticeably distant and today (Saturday) has not sent one text. Earlier in the week he was all gunho for chatting on the phone but today barely acknowledged my comment about chatting

In my experience worrying about these things, although hard not to do, isn’t helpful and can cause stress unnecessarily. There could be a million reasons that he has become distant in the last few days that aren’t to do with you. For example, deadlines, familial issues or maybe even mental health issues. If it keeps up, maybe send a message or call him to check up on him.


You could even ask him straight up if you order a more direct approach. I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about. Hope everything goes well!
