Only if she wants it because she's getting bullied/being made fun of and wants to just fit in because kids can be really mean. Making fun of other kids simply for being different. I've seen some treat other kids badly because they look different. So, I'd say as long as she just wants to be not get picked on and wants to just fit in, I'd allow her. So, yeah, it's okay.

It is better to know that we all have flaws both male and female. Learning to be okay with the flaws and who you are is more important the finding out there are ways to change them. once you stat changing your body then when does it stop?
