Personally I don't really shave the hair on my arms because the hairs are so so fine you can't really see them unless you look very closely, and it's hard for me to shave cause I have a hard time seeing where I shaved and it ends up patchy.
I mean you can shave your arms if you want to, I only do if I'm going places like going out or on a date etc.
But because you have light hair it's not even that bad. No one that's mattered to me have cared about it at all, I know someone's commented before but doesn't bother me.

You've got tiny blond arms blending into your skin, no one cares hunni. They're small, and no one notices unless they are trying to find something to pick on you with. If you want to get rid of it for good, wax. But personally I don't see it as disgusting. Just don't shave it cause it'll grow thicker and darker and might put guys off if the hair makes them see you as more physically masculine or whatever. Not sure though. I'd be fine with it

Personally, I find body hair on women to be very distracting and unattractive. But, it's your hair, your body. No one should tell you what to do with it but you. Something to keep in mind when making your decision though... Some men won't care if you shave it or not, others may find you less attractive for not shaving it, but no grown up man is going to say "ooh, gross, she shaves her arms".
