What Girls Said
Unless she asked me specifically then no I’m not gonna say anything. She knows her body and what she likes to wear, so why would I make her feel insecure or self-conscious just because I don’t agree with that look on her body type? On top of that, what is she supposed to do with that information? Rush home to change? I would never put someone through that, and with the way women are embracing body positivity these days, the outfit you deem unflattering could be something she’s coveted for god knows how long and finally found the courage to do it.
And please don’t tease your friend about her body for the love of god. That’s immature and unnecessary.
If she asks me? I'll tell her. But if she doesn't ask, or she thinks she looks good? I'll support her- even if I don't agree.
Basically mind your business, but support those you care about. Just because you don't like something, they might love it and feel confident wearing it: LET THEM. If it's not directly impacting you, let them be happy.
Tease her/him about it and then let her/him live with her choices - it'll show her/him you care.
