I can't see the full outfit due to the love heart (could be crotchless for example), but based on what I have seen, if the girl wearing it was getting very turned on by wearing that in public I would be supportive. I'd probably suggest going somewhere where she wouldn't be recognised though.

I mean, girls sometimes wear less on the beach lol. Everyone should be allowed to wear whatever they want in my opinion, but that doesn't negate the fact that people will see someone wearing clothes like this and see an opportunity to hurt them. it's a sad fact of humanity. People can see a certain outfit, clothing type, and think it's an opportunity to take advantage of someone.
