I can't see the full outfit due to the love heart (could be crotchless for example), but based on what I have seen, if the girl wearing it was getting very turned on by wearing that in public I would be supportive. I'd probably suggest going somewhere where she wouldn't be recognised though.
If she were doing it for my benefit I would have something suggestive but a little less revealing like a short black dress and no panties so that only I would know she is being naughty, or perhaps a tshirt or vest top with no bra.

I mean, girls sometimes wear less on the beach lol. Everyone should be allowed to wear whatever they want in my opinion, but that doesn't negate the fact that people will see someone wearing clothes like this and see an opportunity to hurt them. it's a sad fact of humanity. People can see a certain outfit, clothing type, and think it's an opportunity to take advantage of someone. All in all, to answer the initial question, yeah, sure, but there are other factors to consider in debating whether it should or should not be done in particular societies.
Honestly wouldn't care but the only thing that is going to be annoying is the looks she probably gonna get.

Are you kidding me? My girl would never wear something like that in public if I had one because she would be to busy in the bedroom while I enjoy how good she looked in it.
that being said I would never presume to tell my girl what she could or couldn’t wear. And because of that she might and I might enjoy it but I think more often then not she would choose to keep that between us.
Wearing that below regular street clothes, I'd be psyched. It would be a turn on to know that you had such sexy undies on.
But, you can't wear that on Main Street! Maybe a beach. No, even that doesn't work. Undies are more intimate than the skimpiest bathing suits. I would be uncomfortable being around anyone who's walking around in their underwear. I couldn't take them seriously.

Depends on the situation but I wouldn't care if she wore it as long as she was right next to me the whole time and not guving anybody to much of her energy. If she asks for permission to be a little wild id be ok with it but she would have to ask for that to be good with me. She definitely would be creamier b4 we left
