They tend to be agreeable. The push for acceptance and to "fit in" way more than the opposite gender. I mean... seriously... I'll say some politically incorrect shit right now. All the politicians learned how to talk from women. For example when a politician obfuscates they say "Mistakes have been made" they avoid using "I"

Now think about women who will tell their ex was this Saturday morning cartoon villain who wakes up everyday thinking about how to make her life miserable. She won't mention anything she might have did wrong it's all about the ex being the villain.

I run a company and I learned how to talk to my employees by researching the ways women communicate.

I think it's because of our nature, we can't ignore some differences. Women tend to be more emotional and emphatetic. But I am more on the men's side to be honest, not liking that political correctness at all.
