And the crown of those dates is the freedom to have sex.

However, it also mean relationship can be cheapened.

And how real is that choice? For sex only? For livelong commitment? For social security and residence pass?

It isn't weird but you're looking at it the wrong way.

Cordially, with all well meaning and so on: Your opinion does not matter when it comes to how he sees you.

And to him, if you and this other girl compete you are the clear winner. He chose you. How you feel does not change that he thinks you're hotter, cuter, more beautiful or so on. Truthfully, rather than letting it get you down take another look at her and realize you are At Least that good looking to your boyfriend - probably better looking than that.

your statement/concern is really about insecurity... she looks better than you. That is shallow thinking, at least in my book. Beauty is deeper than appearance as is values, character. There are other aspects to attraction being sub conscious that are important or moreso than looks. That depends on the character of the guy though.

I'm not perfect, noone is, we all do our best and make our choices at the given time. I had those opportunities of lonely married women and did not engage. It's not right in my book.
