I have been teased all my life and worry constantly about my looks, everywhere I go I assume others are judging me negatively. I'm currently seeking a therapist but I would like some quick pointers
Here are some tips to help you become more confident and care less about what others think:
• Focus on your strengths. Make a list of your positive qualities, talents, and achievements. Remind yourself often of the things you're good at and proud of.
• Practice self-compassion. Be kind and forgiving toward yourself. Everyone has insecurities - it's part of being human.
• Set boundaries. Don't engage with negative or judgmental people. You get to choose who gets space in your mind.
• Avoid comparisons. Focus on improving yourself, not trying to measure up to others. You're on your own unique path.
• Do things that scare you. Taking risks and pushing your comfort zone can boost your confidence. Start small and work your way up.
• Spend time with people who lift you up. Surround yourself with friends and family who make you feel good about yourself.
• Repeat positive affirmations daily. Say things like "I am worthy," "I am enough," and "I am improving every day." In time you'll start to believe them.
• Practice mindfulness. Stay present and focus on the here and now. Don't get caught up in "What if they're judging me?" thoughts.
• Remind yourself - opinions are subjective. What others think of you says more about them than you. Try not to take it personally.
• See the big picture. In the grand scheme of life, other people's judgments of you will hardly matter at all.
With consistent work and self-reflection, you can develop more self-confidence and resilience. Remember - you're on a journey of growth, and that's more than enough. Be patient and kind with yourself, and the progress will come. I hope these tips help get you started!

Focus on strengths (Why? , I would say focus on what you love doing and be reasonable about its success))
Set boundaries (How?) Easier said then done.
Avoid comparisions How? easier said then done
Spend emtime with good company (define good company)
Repeating positive affirmation (This just doesn't work lol))
Practice mindfulness (Lol)
remind yourself (with what?)
See the big picture (other poeples judgement is how you get married, a job,
and relationships so it does matter dont be delusional)
This comment was probably curated using chatgpt. This content is the type of sht I see all the time of just vague out of place advice.
Pick up some healthy hobbies. Keyword Healthy.
Throw away vices, unhealthy food, check up on your health clean space etc. Video games prn (not easy)
Accept everyone and keep a log of how you feel and dissect why it is you feel such and such way.
Make participating in health fun like put a tv show on whike running.

Asker+1 yI jog everyday, eat healthy and still feel that way.
Asker+1 yI eat plant based whole foods. I don't eat any dairy, meat or grains. I make all my sauces from scratch. I also try to avoid eating on anything plastic because the plastic can disrupt hormones. I don't do any drugs nor drink alcohol.
Asker+1 yI've been horrifically teased growing up. It started in high school onward.
Asker+1 yI vowed to myself that I would do all in my power to make myself the best so my bullies can eat their own words
Asker+1 yI'm sorry you feel the same way. Where you teased or bullied?

Yes, bullied. But Its best you distance away from toxic people, dont waste your time trying to correct them or interactig with them, its really really pointless.
I would also suggest get internet site blocker like blocklist so you can get out of social media, there is so much stupid comparision, nobody needs that.
There is also a crap ton of lying these days, lying is profitable on the internet its bad.
But there is good content and having the oppurtunity to improves one self is a luxury past generations didn't have. - +1 y
I am sure your a lovely girl, understand that there are people who need you and would love your company. Your looks aren't the only thing you bring to the table.
Your personality is wayyyy more important. For guys the quota is like hot average girl check is she a psychopath most women fail this part of the test.
