Compare very critically people who criticize you with yourself and consider if their critics are really credible and justified, because most are not. If you consider a person less credible their critics are practically pointless from your reference point.

Yes like @BarryLiverstone said you won’t care when you’re not seeing them or hear them, or about them all of the time.

Spend more time with your hobbies and interests, and more time knowing who you are and adding to that-

that’s how you’ll get more and more confident.

Not care what other think: If it does no affect them, you can safely ignore it.
