Men are refusing to help women and women are panicking. Why?

I'm anti-feminist and pro equality, and I'm not risking my safety for anyone who's not my girlfriend/wife or one of my pets (I don't want any kids). So no in dangerous/risky situations or regarding some feminist cause, but I'm fine helping anyone with normal safe tasks if asked, as long as its within reason, and I have the time.

Surprisingly, men don't magically know when women do and don't want help. When I put myself into the shoes of the strong man in the comedians story, I immediately thought of the possible confrontation. I understand that feminist don't want men to never help them, but there isn't a way to know when they do and don't want help, and my best guess is a risk I'm hesitant to take.
