Why do so many beautiful women think they’re ugly and have low self esteem?

Well I’m attractive and I can tell you why.

I barely get compliments, like ever. Apparently it’s because people think you already get them, but it really fucks with you to barely get told you’re pretty, hence why you’d think you’re ugly. I’ve had friend groups who’ve excluded me for my looks, just never wanted me around. Women feel intimidated by my presence and men rarely approach me because they are also intimidated. Although I can look attractive most of the time, it’s also very noticeable when I have “let myself go” because society starts treating you differently. Pretty privilege is a real thing and while average women can move through life with a stable self image to everyone around them, attractive women specifically have highs and a low, which could be aging, gaining weight getting pregnant etc. where it may seem they lost their looks. This can be very depressing for a beautiful woman who’s accustomed to being treated a specific way in society. This is even worse when you enter the fashion or modeling industry and while you might get acknowledgment of your good looks, it will destroy your self esteem because you are constantly being told you aren’t perfect and need to change. Men never really want to get to know you, so you never think you’re good enough for unconditional love. I grew up thinking I could only be loved if I was absolutely perfect looking, which is a lie.
You are also not allowed to have problems, or even brag about yourself. I had a friend who was average looking who’d talk all day about how attractive she was etc. if I said anything about liking how I looked, she’d literally tell me I was being too cocky. She grew up complimented constantly for the bare minimum just because she was more acceptable to the average look of society.

Society is set up that way so they buy more stuff. Ugly without makeup, buys makeup, need to look like you have money, name brand bag, etc.
