I assume you mean a girl that isn't a native speaker of English. If that is case I bet is quite endearing when she tries to speak. Sometimes fumbling for the right words makes for some really cute mistakes. I know it did when we had a foreign exchange student. She got much better but in the beginning she was totally adorable because she often mixed up words. It did sound really sweet as you put it when she spoke English because her accent was really cute.
