Recently confessed to liking this girl I work with. I didn't do anything extra, it was just something simple. She has a boyfriend.

Would it be weird or awkward to ask what's on her mind?

Now, she doesn't say hi, smile. Nothing. Sometimes I feel like she watches me when I'm not looking at her.

No, you don't ask her anything that could lead her to put her relationship in question. She has a boyfriend and you should live her be and not try to take her away from him. You simply leave her alone and if she wants to talk to you, then you talk back but never ever try to divert the discussion about her relationship and whether she is happy or not.

But communication is everything, use tact and maybe some humor to bring it up but dont act all creepy about it.
