Thoughs on asking for her # in this sort of situation?

maybe its not a big deal to ask , to explain she's younger than me and works as a server at my local pub. thats is where we meet around 2 months ago although at first i didn't pay much attention to her then we sort of got to know each other now we get along really well and i specifically try and go to her area so we can talk

we've talked about various different things when there , i sort of looked her up online but didn't find much or her pages were private. so didn't do anything there

though about asking for her # , but never really asked a staff member there for private contact info before , guess since we know each other fairly well now it wouldn't be a big deal and she might even wonder why i haven't asked for it already

we get along really well , it be kind of awkward going forward if she said no

note if she was a customer wouldn't hesitate to ask , just the fact she's staff and being paid to talk to people although feel we have enough of a genuine connection to justify getting to know each other better

Ask for her email first... "I'm becoming fond of you and I would like to communicate with you more, may I have your email." You send the first link to whatever topic or thing you want to converse about... tit/tat until social media... whatever. Cackling Hen: "We went on a date and he did not even ask for my number."

Show her every respect by not violating her sense of personal safety. From there, she will release unto you "what is yours".

i'm not sure she's the type of girl who uses email much but agree it be an option , i've seen her use her phone a lot there.

we get along really well , we have a connection but weird cause i didn't pay any attention to her at first but when i got to know her , her personality really stood out and being with her made me feel better about things

It worked for me with a fairly high profile individual in my area... she's on TV. Always better to be too respectful/conservative than assuming that she's a bar hoe interpretation... Too me, you do not know how to think like women... Doesn't mean she will not give you the phone number...

she's not really high profile there , a new server and not really that well known although the other girls talk to her and seem ok with her. its not urgent that i get her # as she's here till the end of summer and i can easily talk to her there

find most girls have something they give away more easily not sure what it be with her , a lot use snap chat but i'm not on that
