my girlfriend and I had an abortion a few motmnths ago , we took a break from sex but she isn't her usual bright self when we first met, she was more bubbly I'd say. Her parents are extremely strict so we decided to keep it a secret. Most days she just curls up beside me and sleeps, when she's usually the one pushing me to stay awake, she initiates stuff most of the time and we were safe. She was hesitant since it was her first but we agreed to be safe about it. And now she doesn't stay over or wraps up in the blanket by so we don't have much contact, I asked if she wanted to the other day but the next day she got a fever and would stop throwing up, she's probably stressed out with work and skl and I don't wanna add is their a way I can help her overcome this somehow, I don't wanna push her and I can wait as long as she needs me too but I'm not using to her like this and she looks Thinner everyday, it's not like I didn't want the baby, it was etppic and she keeps blaming herself and crying and crying, I don't want her to keep pushing me, I tell her I'm here for her with whatever she needs but it's like she's a robot on autopilot and she's not sleeping properly. I found her burning herself the other day, she's talking to a therapist and she looks a little better but I wish I could help her. its been 6 months.

Dude, this is really heavy stuff you guys are dealing with. Give her lots of time and patience - what happened was really traumatic for her physically and emotionally.
Be there for her without pressuring intimacy. Just listen if she wants to talk, hold her when she cries, remind her it wasn't her fault and you're in it together. Let her set the pace on getting close again.
See if she's open to you joining a therapy session, or finding a support group for others who've been through it too. That could help her feel less alone.
Keep any eye out for signs of postpartum depression or self-harm and gently encourage her to speak to her doctor. Her mental health needs to come first now.
Let her know you care about HER wellbeing over anything physical. With compassion and no judgment, she'll heal in her own way over time. Be strong for her during this. You've got this man - she just needs your love and support right now.
She will. She will heal but it will take time
You need to give her lots of time, so be patient.
