I’m never going to see her again?

I didn’t pay this girl too much attention at first. I’m bi and she broke up with her boyfriend. We work together. She has tattoos on her arms and body and used to play softball. When I first got there she would always volunteer to help me find something or go in the back and get something for me. She would also look at me and ask me how I was doing which I thought was sweet. Over time things started to change. There was one day where we were smiling at each other a lot more and I went in the back and she followed me and angled me and stared at me and we were talking. She started rubbing her legs and on the way out I was carrying something light and she saw me and stopped and held the door for me and we smiled at each other. Things felt really weird that day and that’s when I started seeing her different. She may have felt something because she started acting weird after that day. She would come around me a lot but wouldn’t talk to me first anymore. One day she was training to be a manager and one day she told me to put some stuff away and I got upset. I went into the back to find her and she was coming out the bathroom and I caught her as the door swung open and irritably told her I didn’t know what she needed me to do. She ignored me and went and showed me what to do. I honestly wanted to cry. She let me go home early and as I was leaving she came up next to me on the computer and told me bye which I thought was weird. A few weeks later I look up from across the store and I catch her staring at me. I turned behind me and there was nothing and when I looked back at her she moved to a different area in the store. When we’re alone she dosent talk to me anymore but always looks like she wants to and has asked dumb questions. I found her social media and she has pics in bathing suits and with her ex. The pics are a year old before we met. Is there tension? I’m kinda worried I won’t see her again. It’s been 3 weeks I haven’t seen her. What should I do?

I don't know if it’s healthy that you ask this so often, like copy and pasted or something. Anyway, it’s possible that she got another job, if you haven’t seen her for 3 weeks.
