The majority of women could not hurt an average man even with training. I used to take judo in Ireland and one of my coaches was a black belt that competed in multiple tournaments abroad as well as in kickboxing, she had trouble with the other men in practice even the white belts, they were just too strong, fast and aggressive. Some guy mugged her one time all she could do was cover up when he beat her to the ground, he left her in intensive care and she was roughly the same size.

She has a RIGHT to defend herself but for the most part I would suggest getting out of the situation as fast as possible and calling for help. There might be special situations but that will usually be much safer. JMO!

If a man hits a woman { for what every reason) even if she deserves it... Has the right to beat the crap out of that guy.

Man should keep their hands to them selfs...

And I know people will jump on me...

But i don't care... I'm a guy who beat up his best friend into the hospital because he did hit his wife...

is it truly defense? violence is bad. she doesn't know if he will continue maybe just once followed by regret? also revenge is bad. s/he should not stoop to the level.

If a woman gets hit by a man she should leave and run. Never hit back or get physical. Its very dangerous the man can kill her with one punch. Many men died by one punch from a man. Imagine what would that do to a woman. Dont act brave and be dumb. Run, hide. Unless the woman is cornered and fighting for her life then hitting back is her only choice

Defend herself? She should have him arrested, charged with battery and if there were any real justice in the U. S., have him forced to endure a punitive judicial caning, of the type administered in Malaysia or Singapore.

I guess I don't understand the gender distinction. If anyone is attacked by someone else they have the right to self defence. If a woman attacked me yeah I'd probably try and fight back, same goes for women being attacked by men.
