Girlfriend has been in a "weird mood" lately

My girlfriend of 3mo recently moved into my parent's house with me for a few weeks until we got our own place. We move in next weekend, but for the past week she's been in a weird mood. We haven't had sex and she's been less intimate lately too.

When I asked her about she said she didn't know what this was and she couldn't talk about it until she knew exactly what her feelings were.

We can't back out of the apartment because she'd have nowhere to live and she has jobs up here now, but it's only month-to-month. I don't know what I should do. I want to work through this with her, but I fear a breakup might be in the near future.
