Girls, Why do girls always bully other girls for how they look even when you have similar features? Why does everyone go on their side?

Last year I was bullied for my weight by a bully who is also a little chubby and everyone was on her side. Why does this happen? I’m like a 7.5 out of 10 and she’s like a 5. I’m kinda pretty, social, likable, and extroverted. Why did this happen?

You have something she doesn’t have and she openly hates you for it. She’s insecure about her looks so she projects it onto you so that you’ll feel how she’s feeling. That’s all that is.
The reason it seems everyone is on her side is because she’s convinced them that you’re a bad person. She’s probably good at playing victim, even if you confronted her she’d make it seem like you were making it up.
There’s a lot of these types of people you encounter in life. Once you know what they are then you can move accordingly. Don’t ever blame yourself is the number one thing, realize a person like this is always moving with jealousy and envy.

That is probably because she was insecure herself so trying to bring someone else down with her made her feel better. Bullying is never cool but the best thing to do if it does happen is to let someone know if it was at school for example and then ignore the person doing it. Once they figure out it doesn't bother you the fun stops for the bully. I know that is hard to do but I promise it will work They will lose interest and move on. Sorry to hear that happened to you.

I wouldn’t let it get to you. everything one puts out is a reflection of themselves. when we talk shit about others we often highlight our own insecurities unconsciously. She made fun of your weight cause she struggles with her own body image.
