Can a female person love unconditionally? I ask this because it is always proven that they can't. They write the same thing on reddit and quora. I often develop strong feelings for a woman (fall in love). But they never love me. They always refuse to go on a date with me. . Is this the sad truth that a woman cannot really love unconditionally?

Romantic love should never be unconditional, for both the woman and the man. Unconditional love means they could murder you in cold blood and you’d still love them — that’s toxic as hell. If you’re going to love someone, it’s with the conditions that they love you in return, that they meet your needs for a long-term partner, that they bring something to your life that you appreciate that you wouldn’t have without their presence. Conditional love is a lot healthier for a lot of people than unconditional love because unconditional love makes you settle for a man who treats you like the head housemaid/spare mother to take care of him, or settle for the woman that’s nice enough to not treat you like garbage but doesn’t make you feel loved.

Unconditional love is often confused with Unconditional tolerance. I still love my ex and wish him well. But I wasn't gonna continue to tolerate abuse.
