She's completely correct. Your question assumes there is a sexual difference while simultaneously providing a counterexample. We see this on GaG all the time -- why do women/men do X? The answer is always "For the same reason that men/women do it." The is no behavior peculiar to one sec.

You're also making a false assumption thar men and women live the exact same lives, there is a difference and they do not live the same lives. If you line up 100 women and ask them a general question my argument is 99 of them will use their antedoctal evidence as an answer. If you line up 100 men, and ask them a question, about 5 of them may use antedoctal evidence. I know this because I have done this. My question is trying to get to the root of why. You response is stuck in the understanding phase, while trying to change a narrative simply because it makes you feel bad. Have you lined up 100 + men or women and put them through this survey? l if you haven't why are you even providing your input?
