Anything is possible & it’s possible that she’s just being friendly & flirty & just enjoys your company as well. My brother from another mother she has a boyfriend, move on dude, it’s not going to happen but in the meantime just be her friend & respect the fact that she has a boyfriend. People in relationships are allowed to move on as long as they aren't married.

Normal people have boyfriends-girlfriends. That doesn't mean that they might not seek someone better. You continue to get into relationships until you find the partner you want to marry. But you can't find the right person unless you engage in relationships, because that's how you get to know them well enough to know if you are compatible life partners.
