Like he's only ever been attracted to men b4 & considers himself gay, but now it turns out he's also attracted to you in particular.

Would that make you feel strange at all? Would you take it as an insult like "Oh no I must seem masculine"? Or like a compliment like "wow I must be super attractive"? Or would it not be a big deal to you, just like if anyone else was attracted to you?

Normal, his sexuality wouldn't make a difference to me.

Good, I would feel special because I'm the only woman he's ever liked.

If it was reversed aka Lesbian to me I would feel special and happy I awoke them to new desires.
Or I would think she's lying about her sexuality to start with she just didn't want to deal with guys but then again I Imagine been Lesbian gets you some creeps trying due to that.

A gay man claiming to be only attracted to her is even more sus, as now I think that guy for sure pretend to be gay to try get into this women's comfort zone then pretend she's special. But that's thinking the worst in someone which could be untrue.

if he was attracted to me would mean he's actually bisexual but with a big tendency towards liking dudes, so i wouldn't feel insulted or anything. i dont look masculine anyways

Well yeah, but up til now he's basically been gay. I assume he'd figure out a more accurate label for himself in future, but for rn gay still seems like the right word to use since it's not like there's only 1 alternative that could be right.
