I was texting back and forth with this guy on Wednesday evening. It was our first time chatting. Then I fell asleep during texting. He then left me on delivered for almost 5 days. Is he mad at me?

And if you unfollowed him because you assumed he wasn’t interested in you, then that was your own personal decision, he probably doesn’t have a clue as to why you unfollowed him, if that is the case , if a girl unfollows me without a valid reason , I will just assume she isn’t interested in me and wants nothing to do with me , I might still follow her if I feel like I did nothing wrong and be curious as to why? But I wouldn’t waste anymore of tome with her. Your approach is too subtle, most guys from 25+ will not care to look into why some girl unfollowed them on social media. Since you're clearly into the guy, I would suggest more overt methods IRL. It's been 5 days? Why didn't you reach back out? People fall asleep texting all the time. Its not a big deal. The next day just write, "I fell asleep 😴 😋"
In this situation of you're still interested just reach back out and continue the conversation again and see where it goes
