Guy's Behavior

Why would he still be following me?

I haven’t talk to this guy in like a month a so. For some reason he decided to stop talking to me and hasn’t hit me up since my last message month ago. I unfollowed him on Instagram a few days after he didn’t respond that month and been waiting for him to unfollow back. He still is following me and doesn’t have a huge following (less than 100).

Why would he still be following me?
