Why does she still follow me on insta after removing me as her follower?

I went out with this girl a few times, met her family over FT, and then one day we had an argument, and she said she "only wanted a friendship." She was never interested in a relationship.

When I had originally asked her the question of "what is our relationship," she said she is shy, awkward, it's her first time dating, and she needs more time to get to know me.

I had called her to clear up confusion regarding a trip, but instead, it came across as I was arguing, which I clearly was not. She still follows me but removed me as a follower. I am confused about her logic to do so, and why not just stop following me? It's been almost 2 months.
