Why does my ex keep following me on instagram and he has moved on?

My ex keep following me uggghh!. I'am so pissed and i unfollowed him like 4 months ago now he still keep following me like what does he what from me. He even comment on one of my pictures of me saying is my phone on so he can contact me and etc. I asked him what does he want he said nothing! he is bored. I told him to contact his gf than if u are bored than he laughed. I tried be being friends w/him its didn't work. What is he trying to do? Someone tell me what should i do or say to him?

P. S : My ex and i been together only 6 months but its been two years now so i don't know what he wants from me because he keep contacting me on instagram and he doesn't want anything. Then he bring up the past he said me &.. him been though a lot when we was together.

Just because two people break up, doesn't mean they can't Make up or that it is totally: Goodbye, my love. It happens to the best of couples, no matter What Time span it is.
I have always found that with an 'EX,' X Marks their Spot in your heart, and behind this 'Mark,' there is always a Motive behind of Why they want back in, 'Back in' to your life, and it could be a just number of reasons.
If he still has this 'gf' he is with and is lurking and looking at you, he just May be wanting to have his sweet cake with her and You while being 'Bored' with her. And he may be Suddenly Missing the kissing and gave you a thought when he felt a bit frisky. So now he is playing on your heart strings. And of course, he could be wanting to start up another round of the War of the Roses, where you both get back into some sort of relationship again, going full circle Back to where you started again. A zebra may have not changed his stripes, especially if he had cheated before.
If you tried the 'Friends' factor before and 'It didn't work,' then what makes him think Anything else will be any better? Even when two people split up, many times they end up Starting off as friends, nurturing and nursing things to See if there might be a chance of Starting over.
If you do not want him hanging around your neck like a loafing noose, then cut the apron strings now before they get started in the kitchen again. Tell him you have moved on, Please just leave you alone, and Block him from any Media site just so you don't have to See-----The sight of his sorry sight again.
