Why does he still follow me on Instagram if he’s the one who broke up with me?

So my so called ex, broke up with me and now he still follows me on Instagram. I don’t know why, (He’s a Scorpio). Can someone explain this to me? Does he miss me? I’m lost. I mean he listened to his friends about me (They never met me) and all of a sudden he started acting funny. BUT yet, he still follows me on social media, I mean when you’re done with someone you’re done. Why not reach out to me if you’re considering being back together. I don’t understand

I really wouldn't read into it too much. He could still be following you for a number of reasons but the most likely ones are either (a) he doesn't feel the need to unfollow you/wants to stay connected even after the breakup or (b) wants to be able to check in to see what/how you're doing. I wouldn't stress about it too much. If it really bothers you though, just block or remove him.
