I accept that i am not really handsome, neither i am rich. And also its not the case that i am nice guy who follows women for validation, i dont for real. I mostly stay at my place but when i see girls talk so bubbly with the handsome guys i wish to know is there any way i can get that treatment?
Maybe take into consideration that those guys have more to offer than their looks, that's all you see at first glance. What do you do to talk to those girls? Do you have things in common to get excited about together? Why do you want them to treat you that way? To feel better about yourself, for re-assurance, to get a confidence boost? Interpersonal relationships are more than transactional interactions. And if you crave the latter, you need to bring something to the table as well. It's that easy. No girl will treat you that way out of nowhere.
